Do you perhaps have a link to an article/webpage/whatever, which provides some info as to whether the +x to CS on Insight does make a difference for the 'real-game' damage an Act 2 Merc wielding an Insight?

The effect of the Double Damage should be visible, one way or another?

What are other passive skills which are proven to work on Act 2 mercs?
