I am fine with that. However I am a logic nut, and prefer to find out your alternative speed rail measure that can reliably calculate variable numbers in an equal state.
Between non-uniform attack frames, converting inefficient stats into other stats (such as direct damage), and other optimizations that I can't think of because I'm slow, I feel as if the advantage gained from breakpoint efficiency can be made obsolete.
I could be dead wrong, as I've never actually discussed this kind of thing with anyone.
