I thought that Diablo III would get, if not a LAN mode, at least a guest mode like in SC2 where we could play in singleplayer without being obliged to be connected on Bnet.

From the recent news, apparently we can't play singleplayer if we aren't connected..

I use a satellite connection which has 1000 ms of ping and which is limited in traffic, it can also happen that I don't have any internet and that I can only use the Edge connection 3G of my phone, which is very poor.

I understand the needs of a monthly authentification for the guest mode (which badly worked on Windows 7 on SC2) but please add this guest mode for Diablo III for people who have barely access to internet.
