Firstly clan leaders 1v1. Then others group 2v2 and 3v3.

Edit: U can form Clan payin huge amount of gold for example, visiting NPC etc...
No open world chat. When u form clan u will get privilage to use clan chat (needed pass to get in) - problem with spamers solved.
Leader of clan, can add or kick some1, who are not welcome etc.
