Or they could add a report function. If they abuse the votekick, report the players. If they grief in-game, report the player.
... and players who report other players for fun... would get warnings and get ignored eventually.
oh ya i'm sure blizzard wants to go through all those reports. People who are mad they got vote kicked even if they deserved it would probably abuse such a service, and honestly its not that big of a deal if you get kicked from a game join another jeez le chrike. Not to mention I don't see there really being a need to vote kick people personally, if someone is somehow really #!%!ing up your game, make a new one.
