I'd like to point out that making a trait feel significant is not based on how many there are, but on how many you can buy, and when you can buy them. Making trait points scarce means spending one causes a big upgrade.
I wonder if this will inevitably lead to stuff like players with +1080% armor.
I wouldn't really have a problem with this as long as it played okay.
