if you find Diablo 2 dark, it's because you never played Diablo 1, no ?

diablo 2 is like a sunny sunday in a park with my girlfriend compared to D1, and not because i was 16 when Diablo 1 came. The fact that you go deeper and deeper in the dungeon, you don't run, the small light radius (engine restrictions makes good ideas!), some really nasty monsters (hiddens !), all these things - and I forget a lot of things - makes Diablo 1 far far better in terms of general darkness than D2


i'd love to see Blizzard publish a patch to play on a 20" screen, but it will never happen
