Some of the things you mentioned were seen in Diablo 1, and I hope they are revived in Diablo 3.

Take the best things from Diablo 1 and 2, throw out the worst things, add some new awesomeness and creativity, and you have a recipe for Diablo 3, no?
Whoever created the Diablo spambots need to have their baby-makers taken from them.
