I always thought d2 lacked the fear/spook factor d1 so well hammerd down. But then again the only time I explored in d2 was looking for chests to try my luck at skiller GC's.
I mean if exploring actually ment something and not just a square mile map of nothing-ness that'b pretty cool
From what we've seem, it appears the maps will mostly be randomized pathways from one segment to the next so that won't be a huge problem. At least in dungeons.
Anyway what do we know of for the timed dungeons? Did they scrap that idea? being timed does elimnate the whole "search around" aspect.
