Q u o t e:

Yeah, you're telling me you would hire a doctor who plays WoW over one that doesn't if the decision was up to you? WoW can be as bad of an addiction for people as heroin (some, definitely not all, but we are categorized as the same as these people) Hiring people who avidly play games is a risk, and should not be put out in the open. I'm saying this as someone who is completely neutral too, because I have a common name, I don't play WoW, and in all honesty the change wouldn't make the forums uncomfortable for me personally. But I still feel what they're doing is wrong.

And I'm calling that bs. It shouldn't be that way. You know how civil rights movements got started? They started with people not being afraid to let people know how they feel about certain subjects.

Going with the gay example. A couple decades ago it was seen as taboo to live openly gay in most cities and now it is commonly accepted. Are there exceptions in backwoods areas, sure but the fact remains it is safer to be openly gay today that it was then and its because people decided to come out of the closet and people now actually call the people who have a problem with it out on their bigotry.
