Q u o t e: Thanks but no; I play single player any day before going on battle.net because of the lag free environment and being able to control difficulty with /players command at a whim. Don't assume everyone puts up with the poor connections to Bnet just because you do.
My thoughts exactly. I have a great internet connection. When I play an fps or starcraft or whatever, I don't usually see much lag if any. When I get on bnet and play some d2, it lags a lot of the time. I don't think that it's a problem with bnet as much as with some of the player's connections... but I digress.
My point is I prefer single player on Diablo due to no bots, no cheats, no hacks, no lag. The single player experience is simply my preferance, and I don't want to have to play online just so I can trade items between two of my characters that I only play with solo anyway.
Read the title of the thread before stating I must live in the mountains or whatever, I know there are ways to trade between characters when playing multiplayer. I am simply saying I hope there is some sort of interface or shared stash or methode of trading between two of my solo characters.
