if there is something like a kick vote this could lead to abuse by some flamers who automatically join and want to split up your group or kick you out for god knows what reason

on the other site if there is a kick command for the creator this also would not be good for the community because this "power" will always getting abused

for example: 3 guys help you to get on a hard place you is a egoistic @*!%*@% who kick out everybody before the boss to do it alone

just imagine some not mature person playing the game and get the option to kick anyone he wants

horrible
