Q u o t e:
lol no need to get all butthurt, I was only half serious...

cant help it, that's what happens if you shake the Septictank

At around $50 - $60 per cd key, I think that is discouragement enough. Also it will likely be part of your Bnet2.0 account, so if you play other blizzard titles, they will be on the line as well.

ok whats with the pointless cod analogy, different game, different genre, different company. Yea griefing, its all over....
and the dev's are well away of it. They have mentioned many times over that they are actively trying to create a more friendly co-op PvM game and focused an eliminating grief from the game. That's why there is no longer pk in PvM games, that's why there is now auto-party.
They even acknowledged that PK was a way to get back at a griefer and make him leave, and said they had considered 'kick' options but had not decided on anything.

Ive seen people spend large amounts of money that i would be unwilling to spend on a video game (buying WoW accounts, etc) it would not surprise me if people bought a second version of the game and use it specifically for grief/scams.

The CoD was not an analogy, it was an example that although there was an experienced, accomplished development team(Infinity Ward) working on a sequel, that they designed something for good reasons and then players exploited it and now they are spending time/resources on patching it.

No matter how hard a Dev team tries they have the possibility of missing something hence why i pointed out a POTENTIAL problem

Bashiok: There is very little info out on the multiplayer gameplay so i cant come up with ideas to tweak game mechanics i know nothing about....but you could always give us a big update we've all been dying for, or better yet just send me a demo disc! only has to get to Riverside 0.o....
