Unless it takes massive amount of time to reach a respectable level, and/or players are capable of avoiding accounts of players people will still just buy or use accounts specifically for scams/cheats. So yes, as of now they are easily replaceable, its not difficult to buy a new CD key.

At around $50 - $60 per cd key, I think that is discouragement enough. Also it will likely be part of your Bnet2.0 account, so if you play other blizzard titles, they will be on the line as well.

Johnor, if developers were capable of thinking of every possibility, there would be no community suggestion forums. The developers test these games with friends and themselves to begin with and therefore do not have to deal with the cheaters and people willing to take advantage of others. This is the very same reason that TPPK exists in Diablo 2, because the Devs didnt have to deal with it during original testing due to the fact that they played within a mature community.

It is old, but i have yet to see any updates on the matter and he has mentioned an anti-grief mechanism and auto-party. The most likely of these would be for the majority 2/3 or 3/4 of the game to vote off a leech or whatnot. All i was mentioning was that creators of games need to be shielded from being voted out of party or game. If you join a game and the creator is a leech one can just up and leave, without much of a loss. This is simply to prevent groups from entering random games and teleporting to person who worked their way through a dungeon, and then voting them out of it so the creator cannot complete the dungeon. It was a simple suggestion to a problem the present testers probably will not have to deal with,

ok whats with the pointless cod analogy, different game, different genre, different company. Yea griefing, its all over....
and the dev's are well away of it. They have mentioned many times over that they are actively trying to create a more friendly co-op PvM game and focused an eliminating grief from the game. That's why there is no longer pk in PvM games, that's why there is now auto-party.
They even acknowledged that PK was a way to get back at a griefer and make him leave, and said they had considered 'kick' options but had not decided on anything.
Those who say "it can not be done" should not interrupt the person doing it.
