There's a forest called Aokigahara (Sea of Trees) in Japan, and it is the second most popular place to commit suicide, and 78 or 80 dead bodies were found in 2002, now it's probably too late to suggest some awesome areas for diablo 3 (although some people think their made up classes can get in there) but if it's not, look to this place for some inspiration?

Also, there's a chapel where most of the decoration is made of bones called the Sedlec Ossuary in the Czech Republic, and it contains the skeletons of between 40,000 and 70,000 people :D
