I just think not because the Lore devs have been saying that Cain has gone hermit due to the fact that noone gives him credit anymore.

Since the Burning Hells did not attack after the Worldstone's destruction and he kept mentining it and that a terrible event would take place people just started igoring him.

So I really think we will NOT see a horadrim "something".
