Sneaky sneaky! Ok you caught me.

Q u o t e:
Focus on the Fury bar - why does it change it's appearance?

The screenshots were taken on two different builds. The graphic layer behind the fury meter was broken for a while, and the screenshots show it being broken and also when it was fixed. So they don't quite match up.

Q u o t e:
Now look at the menu buttons just to the LEFT of the Fury bar - first SS shows middle button on the bottom row as grayed in - do you think this means that it is the pane this is currently selected, or that it is not available in this game?

I initially thought it was the currently selected pane, but then looking at the 2nd link - both the inventory and the skills panes are open and just the one menu button is grey. Plus, it looks like the "Party" pane if anything, while the one that looks like a loot bag (the "Inventory" pane) isn't greyed in when it should be.

The name for that button, as it was at BlizzCon, is "Social". It's not implemented, so it's grayed out.

Q u o t e:
Here's what makes the most sense to me from top-left to bottom-right for those menu buttons:

1. Character pane
2. Skills pane
3. Inventory pane
4. Quest log pane
5. Party/multiplayer pane
6. Settings

Nailed it!

Q u o t e:
Now for a question: what is that little symbol next to the gold in the Inventory pane? It looks like a little coin - but what is the purpose of it... if there is a big glowing image of gold coins right next to it? Seems redundant to me, unless maybe that's something like copper - and this character hasn't earned enough to get a higher currency. But then if I thought that... I would note that the Barbarian has 103 coins - which means that there is more than 100 copper coins to get a silver/gold... whats the go there?

Ah, yeah. Jay caught that too. It's just one of many little issues you can spot in the screenshots that are due to left over/old UI elements commingling with new ones. Two different visual indications of currency next to each other. Oh well.
