They've said that they are planing on having more "Random Events" in the game... I guess that means like ones similar to the Thousand Pounder. However the one's you listed are highly unlikely to happen, seeing how they are meant as jokes ie the Cow level or just don't make any sense ie Uber Diablo and the Uber level. As for runewords and the pieces of gear... we wont have runewords but we might see gear with those names appear.
