Q u o t e:

That's only looking at it from one side... and posting counter-arguments does not nullify rebuttals. Besides, some people here think that your "counter-arguments" are just a rehashing of your original position. :-P

Lets face it, some people think it should be P2P and others not. There are points of merit on both sides of the argument, and a decision beyond that is simply a matter of personal opinion / preference. Accordingly, anyone claiming "victory" for one side or the other is obviously doing so with blinders and ear-plugs firmly in place.
;-)

Those comments you refer to are not to be taken as a victory chant, but a liken to a battle cry.

I fully realize that the likelihood of actually provoking any sort of change is slim to none.

I understand that ultimately the decision will be of price versus expected outcome, and that each individual has their own set of relative expectations toward Blizzard.

However, whether this is your final conclusion or not, saying that something does not properly refute or that their are holes in my arguement without pointing out such holes is non progressive, just as saying that my argument accounts for all possible counterarguemts. Instead please point out how those rebuttals don't nullify such counterarguements.

Also for your viewing pleasure, and my sake aswell:
