you won't always find the exact same rare bolt laying on the floor =) nor a unique quiver in that book case in act 1.

speaking of that... did anyone ever see a book case outside of act 1?

I never used thrown weapons in D2, so I have no idea how it worked there. But that problem could be fixed by making it so that you can refill those magical arrows/bolts/thrown weapons with any old versions. This does fiddle with immersion, but if it was looked at in the way that it's the quiver/case/whatever that imparts the magical bonus on the arrows/bolts/thrown weapons contained within, then it's not so bad.
The best thing about waking up is the tears. I drink them instead of coffee now.
