Q u o t e: I said it once and i'll say it again. If it ends up that people always whine that there's no healer, or you constantly see shouts in chat asking for healers, then this mechanic failed. Plain and simple.
The game has to be balanced perfectly so Every Class can play together just fine. Without a healer.
If you throw a Healer into the mix, then you effectively rid the need for health potions, and health orbs, and you MAKE THE GAME EASIER.
So what do you to to balance it out? You make the game harder, so even with a healer, the game still provides a challenge, Like It's Supposed To.
..but wait! that creates a problem..: If you make the game harder, assuming everyone is going to have a healer, then when you're in a game and you don't have one, you're screwed! The difficulty was adjusted assuming you have a healer, so it becomes too hard without one.

The only way to balance this out that I can see.. Is make the game detect wether or not there is a healer in the game, then make the game harder accordingly.
-That way, games without healers don't suffer because of it, and there's no issue..
-and games With a healer don't become retarded easy.. and there's no issue.
Problem Solved.

And if people are going to get upset on go cry in the corner because they died, they shouldn't be playing an action rpg in the first place. Seriously.
So when you die what happens? Do you never play that particular game again and just make a new game? Or do you start at the last waypoint and get your corpse and continue to hack away where you left off? Unless you are in HC you probably do the later so essentually you never really died except you waisted a lot of time doing nothing correct? Maybe you're in a group and ask for a tp which essentually means your character is imortal and never really dies unless of coarse you are in HC and do not want to die anyways at risk of losing all your hard work!
